Michael is a Board Certified Health Education Specialist and holds an MA in Health Education from East Carolina University and national CHES designation. In addition, he holds numerous certifications in healthy lifestyle areas including Corporate Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Gerontology, and Hypnotherapy.
He has been under several contracts with the US Department of Defense, assisting with the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.
In 2010, he recieved the "Famous Alumni Award" from the American College of Health Sciences (where he obtained a certificate in Nutrition, Bodycare and Herbalism) for outstanding academic achievement and exemplary contributions to the public.
He recently (6-2012) moved back to his home in West Melbourne, FL and is considering employment as the director of a Counseling and Wellness Coaching Center and other opportunities. He is studying for his PhD in Holistic Life Coaching.
