About My Practice/Research
Christian Counselling can help in personal and spiritual development based on Christianity. Christian counselling enables to live according to fundamental Christian principles, providing essential support during pivotal moments in life.

Executive coaching is a professional development process that aims to enhance the leadership and management skills of executives within an organization. It involves a one-on-one relationship between an executive coach and a leader, focusing on personal and professional growth.

Executive coaching typically addresses areas such as leadership effectiveness, communication skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, career counselling, and overall professional development and professional growth. It also addresses mental health issues such as stress management, anxiety, and work balance.

Transpersonal psychotherapy is a holistic approach to psychotherapy that goes beyond traditional psychological concepts and explores the spiritual and transcendent of human experience. It acknowledges that individuals have a deeper or higher self and seeks to help people connect with this aspect of themselves to achieve personal growth and transformation. Some key features and principles of transpersonal psychotherapy:

Transpersonal therapy recognizes the spiritual dimension of human existence and the importance of exploring and integrating spiritual experiences into the therapeutic process. This can involve exploring questions of meaning, purpose, and connection to something larger than oneself.
It takes a holistic view of the individual, considering not just their mental and emotional well-being but also their physical, social, and spiritual dimensions. The goal is to achieve a balanced and integrated sense of self.
Transpersonal therapy often involves exploring altered states of consciousness, such as meditation, mindfulness, dreams, and even psychedelic experiences, as a means to gain insight and personal growth.
Transpersonal therapy emphasizes the importance of self-actualization — the realization of one’s full potential. It aims to help individuals move beyond self-limiting beliefs and behaviors to reach a higher level of self-awareness and self-fulfillment.
This approach recognizes the mind-body connection and considers the impact of physical health and well-being on mental and spiritual health. Techniques like yoga, breathwork, and body-centered practices may be incorporated.
Transpersonal therapy often explores non-dual awareness, the idea that there is no fundamental separation between the self and the universe or between individuals and others. It seeks to transcend dualistic thinking and experience a sense of unity or interconnectedness.
For some individuals, transpersonal therapy may involve integrating profound spiritual into their everyday lives. Therapists help clients make sense of these experiences and incorporate their insights into their personal growth.
Transpersonal therapists may use a variety of therapeutic techniques and methods, drawing from different psychological traditions, including psychoanalytic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and experiential approaches.
It uses principle of quantum physics and consciousness to explain spiritual concepts such as evolution, immortality and existence.
I also integrate mindfulness, NLP, consciousness research, quantum physics, consciousness Reprogramming, Transpersonal approaches, biofeedback, neurofeedback, neuro technology and Bioenergy technologies in my practice. I have many years of experience as a professor, career counsellor and coach at Concordia University JMSB Montreal.
